Our 'Caldereta de Langosta' (Lobster Soup Stew)

The specialty of the restaurant is Caldereta de Langosta (lobster soup stew). The lobster is also served with garlic mayonnaise, sleamed, Thermidor, with prawn sauce. Not to missed are fish like “Zarzuela”, mixed fresh fish and shellfish with mariner sauce, or “cap-roig” Scorpion see fish with garlic, halibut, or “Mariscadas” with scampi and squids from Ciutadella, the prawns and mussels from Mahón. The restaurant has become a magnet for the younger chefs of the area to incorporate the new cuisine in a restaurant that does not reject the Menorcan heritage.
